be cautious when inspecting carbon knives with wet hands after
purchase. We ask customers to inspect all knives prior to selling, and
will not accept returns on damaged goods. In the event you receive a
rusted knife, please call customer service within 48 hours, and we will

Tips for Protecting Carbon Knives: - Wipe your knife with tsubaki oil after every use to keep moisture away from the blade.
- Wooden covers help keep moisture off your knife.
- Constantly wipe your carbon knife dry during use.
- Japanese-Western
knives sold at Korin have significantly thinner blades than typical
Western knives. Please be aware that using a steel to hone or a knife
sharpening machine to sharpen may result in chipping. We advice all
customers to always use a finishing stone to hone knives and sharpening
stones to sharpen.
