Our two-sided sharpening stones are convenient for sharpening beginners, home users and professionals.They feature a medium grit sharpening surface on one side and a fine grit finishing surface on the other. Great for travel!
Sharpening Stone Preparation:
Soak all rough and medium stones #220, #1000~2000 in water for 15 minutes or more.
Wet all finishing stones #3000 and above and diamond stones with water.
Caution:
Please do not soak finishing stones (#3000 and above). Soaking a finishing stone will result in the stone cracking and breaking.
Please do not return stones into their boxes wet. Returning a wet stone into a box will result in molding and cracking.
*For double sided stone, please only soak the medium stone side (#1000). Failure to do so will result in the stone splitting and or breaking.
