These 20 and 30-cup capacity Ever Hot sushi rice warmers are absolutely top of the line, high-quality rice warmers great for use in any sushi-serving restaurant. It's crucial to keep sushi rice at body temperature, and the most reliable, easiest way of doing that is with the Ever Hot. The wooden frame bathes in water and warms the cooked rice gently from the outside. Extra nets, frames and bottoms are also available and we recommend you purchase at least one or two extra rice nets; they're durable, but you'll want to have clean ones ready to use.
