Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A: No. We gladly accept every order placed regardless the amount or the quantity.

Q: What if I need to change an order I placed?
A: You may certainly modify your order if your request is received by us before the order has been shipped out - an order is processed as soon as within 12 hours. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Tel: 1-800-626-2172

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, PayPal, wire transfer remissions and US money orders.
International Customers International customers may order online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We will also accept payments by PayPal®, money order or wire transfer in U.S. currency.

Q: Can I still use my Korin paper Gift Certificates or Store Merchandise Credit as a form of payment?
A: Yes. You can still use your paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits as a form of payment in our showroom or by mailing them with your Catalogue order. However, paper Gift Certificates or Merchandise Credits may not be redeemed online.

Freight: All packages shipped to the continental US are shipped via UPS. Freight charges will be automatically calculated for you online and added to your order.

All packages shipped internationally, as well as to HI, AK, PR and other US territories are shipped out via USPS. These shipping fees cannot be calculated online at this time. A representative will contact the customer to confirm the shipping charges to be added to these orders.

Q: Can US customers choose USPS as a freight option?
A:UPS is our preferred carrier because they are usually faster and easier to track in case of lost or damaged packages.

Q: I would like to receive my order quicker than by UPS Ground Service. Can I request expedited shipping?
A: Yes. For an additional charge, you may choose an expedited UPS shipping method such as Next Day Air or 3 Day Select service to receive your order faster than the standard ground service. (Please see the UPS website for expedited options.) Please indicate your preferred shipping method in the additional comments section of your online check-out page. A salesperson will contact you with the estimated shipping fee for your confirmation.

Q: Can I pick up my order at your showroom?
A: Yes. Please inform us that you will pick it up when you place an order.
