Duties:
A/P invoice entries and payments.
A/R payment entries, statements.
Client and Vendor contact.
Assist Senior Acct and Controller with various projects.
General administration.

Web Marketing Assistant |

Full-time, bi-lingual (Japanese/English) assistant needed for the website development team. Looking for a quick learner, who is cabaple of working in a fast paced environment both indpendently and as a member of a team. Duties include posting, removing, and editing items on our various web listings and designing images for our websites. Additional projects as needed.
Qualification: Must be proficient in Windows Word and Excel. Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver skills are a plus. Fully bilingual in English and Japanese. |
